This is a classic high energy snack which is loved my British children and athletes. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.
- Spread some peanut butter on one side of two slices of bread.
- Slice a banana into 3/4-inch slices and place them closely together on one of the slices.
- Put the other slice of bread on top.
- Enjoy.
There are different variations of this sandwich, one of the most popular is to leave out the peanut butter and to simply use butter and honey. Yum Yum
